______________
Fill out the application forms and remember no investment payments are made or collected; it is informational only. Participants will fill out the forms with your help. You may gather information from participants through an online platform, group door-knocking, or other secure activities. The process may also be conducted during a group meeting, where prospective cooperative members can ask questions, at the coordinators' secure location and discretion.
ME is not involved in gathering names, except to provide the form and receive it back via encrypted email. ME is not responsible for any process you use to collect signatures. Your process must be safe and respectful to all. Any misconduct or false information during this collection process by or from possible cooperative members will render their applications for the city void for a specified amount of time. Please act professionally at all times. To download the application forms, scroll down to "APPLICATION FORMS - DOWNLOAD."
Provide a black and white copy of a city map (U.S.) on an 8.5" x 11" aerial view showing nearby street names, including the zip code and county name. Each location would be to scale, showing a red marker line at the perimeter of the supply grid area and power plant site for consideration. If a power plant site has a licensed surveyor survey available, please provide it. Sites can be smaller or larger than the ideal seven acres suggested.
We value local communities and are committed to improving your lives. Please provide the names and contact information of interested individuals like architects, attorneys, contractors, and in general those who could contribute to the power plant project. Include what they can contribute and the businesses they own. Most project work will be bid and awarded, and this list may be used to compile bidder lists or hire local entrepreneurs. Volunteers may also be able to assist. You could also mention the percentage of seniors, military personnel, and people with disabilities in the name list application.
Send the 8.5" x 11" PDF application via the encrypted Miller Energy email you received.
Place the downloaded cover sheet on the front with "ATTN: ME Application" written in bold print.
When returning the completed application, reply to the encrypted email ME sent you. A GoFundMe site will also be created for Miller Energy for your city. Anyone in the mapped area can invest. If you are not in the mapped area, thank you for your gift, but you will not be part of the supply grid. If the GoFundMe campaign does not raise the estimated construction funds, the funds will be returned, except for the required GoFundMe fees they require.
