Opportunity and Affordable New Homes Foe Gen Z

Gen Z, we can create a whole new sector of housing construction. Your generations need this, and ME can help. This startup is different from Miller Energy. It's a business involving new construction, fabrication, and automation. These will be Gen Z's technical and digital single-family residences. This concept addresses the lack of housing for the Alpha and Z generations. All construction trades will be needed. We will build these technologically advanced dwellings. If you have an idea for housing, bring it here. No job is too small, and no idea is inconsequential. Every Gen Zer and Alpha can contribute to making this successful. 

Each employee or subcontractor may choose to operate as an independent business or as an employee. We will hire construction workers, and anyone interested in construction or associated skills that can start their own subcontracting business. We can start in one state and work our way up to all fifty. Generation Z and Generation Alpha will become business proprietors and entrepreneurs. For now, focus on training, degrees, and certificates. We will start the business in the second year of Miller Energy, so you have a few years to study and learn your future trade. We will manufacture and produce all components and technology for each home, including the  refrigerants used for air conditioning, the tools and equipment used to build the homes, and the digital technology programs and components. We need all these new businesses filled with generation Z an A. Your generation will own it! We need your whole generation as business owners. It will be your quality and hard work that is America.

Remember that this is just a dream for now. Give it your best shot. If you can assemble a capable team, start your own business now and make it work. You can achieve your goals, provide housing and jobs, and become business owners. Stay humble, stay honest, be fair but firm, study hard, and don't give up. Everything is hard because it is new. The more you know, the easier it gets. Persistence is the key. Be tough, strong, and knowledgeable. Stand tall, keep your integrity, and do what you say you will do. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Be slow to anger. Z & A, learn from your parents. Remember you are loved!

To qualify:

1. You must be born into Generation Z or Alpha. 
2. You must be a U.S. resident and live in the U.S.
3. If you are employed, your yearly taxable income cannot exceed $100,000.
4. The 0.5% investor position can consist of no more than 200 Gen Zers as stakeholders. This means an investment of $500 for each stakeholder, with the profits split equally per stakeholder share.
5. The 0.5% investor position can consist of no more than 1,000 Gen Alpha. This means an investment of $100 each for each stakeholder, with the profits split equally per stakeholder share.

DO NOT ASK ANYONE FOR MONEY OR TAKE ANYONE'S MONEY AS A STAKEHOLDER! A GoFundMe account will be made. 

ME will start accepting partner-stakeholders for review when a city is accepted for construction on the Home page. See "CHECK HERE FOR the current list of accepted applications for cities." The stakeholders shall be within the state where the power plant is constructed.

Becoming a 0.5% partner requires an investment of $100,000.

1. The investor position of 0.5% has stakeholder investments. Investments can only be sold back to Miller Energy. Submissions for stakeholders are open until July 4 (next year after occupancy), ending at 11:59 p.m.
2. A maximum of three percent of Miller Energy investor positions will be issued, composed of six positions. No ownership is given; only a percentage of the profits is shared.
3. One investor position with a 0.5% partnership can be a maximum of 200 Gen Z members or 1,000 Gen Alpha members.
4. This is a ten-year investment program and expires in July ten years after occupancy.
5. Each investor may obtain a maximum of two stakeholder positions.
6. Partners are included in yearly business plans and patent processes/research programs by ME; see the About page for details in the Giving Back to the Co-op and Groundbreaking Technologies and Research.
7. Stakeholders receive a percentage of the yearly profits. For example, a profit of $3,000,000 equals $15,000; a profit of $10,000,000 equals $50,000; and a profit of $292,276,929 equals $1,461,385, all of which are divided equally among the stakeholder positions. 
8. Example: $1,461,385 for the 200 Gen Z stakeholders would be $7,307 for each share that year. For the 1,000 Alpha stakeholders, it would be $1,461. If you have two stakeholder investments, your share is doubled.
9. Profits are shared after each tax year, and you may apply to the Giving Back to the Co-op and Groundbreaking Technologies and Research each year.

To start, write a two-paragraph statement in the contact text box stating why you (your members) should be selected as partners when a construction project is posted. Keep in mind we will have thousands of applications, and only three can be selected for Gen Z and three for Alpha. 

Profits depend on the number of households in the co-op. Four power plants are planned to be constructed within the first five to ten years of business.

If you are a full-time investor, submit your proposal in the top part of this page; please do not apply as a Gen Zer or Alpha. This is to give the younger generation an opportunity.

A partner has a percentage of the company's profit sharing, which is set for a period of ten years.
